formation: Becket CW

Initially have dancers note that (i) couple on left diagonal are next neighbors, and (2) dance starts with current neighbors

A1 4

4
pass through to an ocean wave - gentlespoons by right in the center, partners by left on the sides
4
partners balance left, then right
4
partners allemande left ¾ to form long wavy lines, gentlespoons facing in
A2 8
balance & box circulate - gentlespoons cross while ladles loop left
8
next neighbors swing end facing partner across ⁋
B1 8
long lines forward & back
4
balance the ring
4
pass through to an ocean wave - ladles by left in the center, neighbors by right on the sides
B2 4
neighbors balance right, then left
4
neighbors turn right 1/2, gentlespoons turn left 1/2
8
partners swing -- end facing across

Although much action, this great dance is deceptively simple for intermediate dancers.
