Written one night when I left my cards on the kitchen table. Sent a friend
to retrieve them, but in the meantime wrote this as a stopgap. It remained
nameless for a couple of years till Robert Cromartie called it and afterward
Gene Hubert asked "What was the name of that Awesome Double
Progression Dance?"
