Move one place to your right to get into counter-clockwise becket formation.
| A1 | 4 | long lines forward, join both hands with your neighbor across from you ⁋
|
| 4 | gentlespoons pull their neighbor back to their side of the set
| |
| 8 | neighbors swing
| |
| A2 | 8 | circle left 4 places
|
| 8 | keep circling 3 more places "sunny side out" by facing out from the circle and switching hands
| |
| B1 | 4 | partners California twirl to look across the set
|
| 4 | balance the ring
| |
| 8 | partners swing
| |
| B2 | 8 | long lines forward & back
|
| 4 | petronella one place to your right, up and down the line to progress
| |
| 4 | petronella another place right, up and down the line to progress again
|
If you are on the end and there's no one directly to your right, petronella into the spot of the person at the end across from you instead.
If the lines are even no one will ever be "out" during this double progression dance. If the lines aren't even, rejoin the last lines forward and back on the same side as your partner.
