This dance curation was hairy and I'd strongly caution you not to call it without checking it against another source. It might be too avant-garde to communicate the ricochet loops as heys. At time of writing the multiple references to "next neighbors" mean "2nd neighbors" and not "do a progression when you see the keyword 'next'".
Cary Ravitz at http://www.dance.ravitz.us/#wp :
For the push off, the dancers push off in the middle and, with respect to their initial positions, end on the same side of the set, one place to the left. For the push off across, the dancers push off in the middle and, with respect to their initial positions, end directly across the set.
This dance has multiple individual progressions. Be alert on the ends.
