hook: zig zaggy pull by sequence with many balances
formation: Becket ccw
In the A part, cue which hand early and often: i.e. "gentlespoons right hand balance", "new neighbor left to left" etc.
For the ladles balance & pull by, you may want to remind them that it's with new neighbor ladles. It may also help to tell them not to switch their neighbor gentlespoon to their right hand after the swat the flea, i.e. by telling them not to let go with their left hand before they reach across with the right.

Forked from Jack Laurel's original dance after noticing that the gentlespoons had to turn awkwardly out of the swat the flea to get into the balance and pull by. I switched the order of the two pull by bits, which had the side effect of reversing the direction of progression. It still might feel a little odd at the beginning since the gentlespoons have to go against their inclination to use left hands from Becket, but on balance (heh) I think it probably feels slightly better.
