B1 circular hey is the same as a square through four without hands. The last pass by right with your original neighbors puts you facing your next neighbors.
In the B2, optionally, you can replace the half mad ladle with a next neighbors pass by right shoulder along the set, but the mad ladle does a better job setting up the partner swing.
