I wrote The Pizza Democracy back in 2016. Looking back, it's a bit of an ungainly dance filled with lots of small bits that don't exactly flow. This is a modern update on the dance which cuts back on some of the oddities while taking on a new feeling. Notably, I feel confident in describing it as a sawtooth dance with the partner swing taking place between your current neighbors and your next neighbors, putting you within reach of your next neighbors for a ring balance rather than a slice at the start. Substitute long lines with a slight yearn if it turns out to be necessary.
