This dance is, of course, a three-person version of Jay Unger's famous "Wizards's Walk". It has its own version of the tune, "Harry Potter's walk", by Ben Rowe.
The timing works in the hey to go "3 people along" if you're counting the neighbor you just finished swinging.

In both allemandes, you and your neighbor decide who's going in for the hey and, ultimately, who's going to be swinging in the center. End the neighbor swing facing a new neighbor.
