(Notes by Chris Page)
[1] A mad robin is a sideways do-si-do, ladles starting in front of their neighbor.
[2] A no-hands circle left 1/4 in your groups of four. Essentially ladles cross the set while gentlespoons sidestep to their left along the side of the set.
[3] Here you look at your neighbor across the set, and gentlespoons start by going forward to their right, ladles behind to their left, gentlespoons passing in front of partner.

At the top of A1 dancers can look to the left of the couple straight across to identify the couple whose place they are taking, also that same couple is who they will dance with next.
| A1 | 8 | gentlespoons allemande left once. Immediately...
|
| 8 | partners promenade across and a little wide to progress ⁋
| |
| A2 | 8 | ladles allemande right 1½
|
| 8 | neighbors swing
| |
| B1 | 8 | mad robin, gentlespoons in front
|
| 8 | half poussette - ladles pull partners back then left.
| |
| B2 | 8 | facing star clockwise 3 places with gentlespoons putting their left hands in and backing up
|
| 8 | partners swing
|
Single progression, don't let the promenade skip any couples.
End effects: when out, couples should cross to the opposite side and wait for a couple to promenade to them.
