Notes: Written to medley with Steve Zakon-Anderson and Louis Cromartie’s dance Salmonella Evening. Preserves the progression from that dance while doing some different stuff beforehand. Perfectly enjoyable on its own, but the name only makes sense in the context of the medley. Inspired by a conversation I had with Josiah Roberts.

- In tight quarters, it helps if
menfrom other sets intersect by passing each other by left shoulders.- There's a courtesy turn after the orbit. Think of this plus the orbit as a bizarre
ladieschain variant.- The progression happens here. Promenade across, and in the courtesy turn loop a little further counterclockwise around the major set to face N2.
Womendrop out on their original side. It's possible to include a neighbor swing -- just convert the A1 into circle left 3/4, neighbor swing. But then the transition into the
womenallemande/orbit will require finessing --menneed to assist their neighbor into the middle, and use that same assist to shift backwards and to the right.
